This privacy policy explains which personal data Baahu processes when you use our website, place an order or contact us, and what your rights are.

For an order we process your name, contact details and, for delivery, your address, plus the contents of your order. Payment is handled directly by our payment provider; we never store card details.
We use your data to process your order, deliver it or have it ready, keep you updated on its status, and to meet legal obligations such as tax records.
We use processors for payments, email, SMS and hosting. They process data only on our instructions and within the European Union. If you consent to statistics, Google Ireland Limited also processes your usage data, and data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without that consent this does not happen. We never sell your data.
We keep your data no longer than needed for your order and for statutory retention periods. The final version of this policy states the exact periods.
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
