The terms that apply when you order from Baahu.
These terms apply to every order you place through Baahu's website. Please read them before you order.
Baahu Tandoori & Curries operates this website and handles the orders. Our company details, including our Chamber of Commerce and VAT numbers, are at the bottom of this page.
An agreement is formed once we confirm your order. We may refuse an order, for example when a dish is no longer available or we are outside opening hours.
All prices are in euros and include VAT. We may change prices; a placed order is charged at the price shown at that moment.
Payment is handled by our payment provider. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
We deliver within our delivery area and offer pickup at the counter. Current opening hours, delivery area and charges are on our contact page and during checkout.
Because we prepare fresh to order, an order can no longer be cancelled once we have started preparing it. Something not right? Call the counter straight away.
We do our best to deliver your order correctly and on time. The final terms describe the limits of our liability.
Dutch law applies to these terms.
